A collective of expert instructors offering a range of classes designed for all fitness levels to achieve results. Burn takes mind, body, soul fitness to the next level by applying the latest scientifically advanced Near Infrared/LED Red Light Therapy technology to customized group fitness classes ranging from High Intensity Intervals (HIIT), Pilates, Isometric, Yoga, Sculpt and Meditation, Sound Healing.



RED | NIR+ is superior LED light therapy that delivers 5 different wavelengths of RED & Near Infrared light, working in conjunction with each other and powerful enough to penetrate skin, muscle and connective tissue all the way to the bone. The results are unparalleled promotion of healing and cellular regeneration.


The red light wavelengths delivering the most powerful, scientifically proven benefits are 630mn-680mn, Near Infrared include 810nm-850nm. Our Mito Red Lights harness this spectrum of biologically effective wavelengths resulting in optimized health benefits.

A HIIT (high intensity interval training) session designed to boost metabolism, burn fat, build lean muscle and sculpt the entire body. Split into dedicated sections that target lifting and tightening the booty, sculpting and toning beautiful legs, strengthening and tightening the core, and carving lean, sexy arms, shoulders and back. For all fitness levels, this class is fast paced and fun with music to make you want to move. Maria will guide you through concentrated weighted movement sequences that alternate with cardio intervals. Her goal is to empower you by helping you tune into and transform your own body, delivering results both mentally and physically.

This sweat session is all about FUN...and maybe a little healthy competition! Designated into stations, consisting of targeted, high energy intervals set with quick splits and bumping beats to keep you in the zone. Designed for all fitness levels, focuses on athletic conditioning and functional mobility using a variety of free weights, battle rope, plyometrics, body weight and resistance bands. This class will get you sweating and coming back for more. Trust us!

Lean, Tight, Lifted! If this is your goal, then this is your class! A rigorous low impact, high energy workout combining barre inspired isometric sequences with cardio HIITs strategically designed to take each muscle group to complete fatigue before stretching and lengthening it out. Light weights, booty bands and ankle weights are used to target and recruit the tiny tonic muscles throughout the body and get you to the burn!

Pilates Sculpt is a full body workout with focus on the trifecta, Arms, Abs, Ass, using light weights and the magic circle for enhanced intensity. A rigorous low impact workout rooted in the Joseph Pilates original series and mat work designed to improve core strength, posture and flexibility.

Join us for this gentle practice synchronizing breath with control between asanas. You will be guided through a series of breathing exercises followed by a guided meditation with intention of connecting you with self..self-awareness, self-restoration, self-love. Rise with this fluid morning practice incorporating breath work seamlessly throughout a series of dynamic yoga postures to improve both mental and physical well-being. This class begins with variations on Surya Namaskar A and B and proceeds to a variety of seated asanas, ending with a Savasana. Sridevi brings joy and light into each of her sacred practices, with the intention of sharing the many benefits to mind, body and soul. Namaste

Little ones are guided through a safe and fun 30 minute yoga practice focusing on body awareness, movement and flexibility. The second part of the class will calm active minds with guided meditation aimed at providing each child tools so they may be better able to calm themselves, as well as tune into and connect heart, mind, soul.
